How does scanning work?
Open the camera, fit the whole car inside the frame and take one shot. Our AI reads the shape, the lights and the lines, compares it with 2,000+ models and mints your card in a few seconds.
Why did my car get this rarity?
Rarity comes from how rare the car really is on the road, not from luck. Everyday cars are Common; limited hypercars are Grails. The same model always gets the same rarity.
My car was not recognised, or the model is wrong.
Try again in daylight, with the whole car in the frame and nothing in front of it. If it is still wrong, use "Report a mistake" on the card, or email us with the photo.
What is a verified spot?
A spot shot with the in-app camera and checked on our servers. Only verified spots count on leaderboards and in leagues, so the boards stay fair.
How do I restore or cancel Premium?
Premium is managed by Apple. To cancel, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SpotCars. To restore on a new phone, open the App → Settings → Restore purchases.
How do I delete my account?
In the App: Settings → Delete account. Your profile, cards and photos are deleted. See the privacy policy for details.
Is SpotCars on Android?
Not yet. It is coming soon on Google Play.
